Discipleship Pastor Chris & John Fuchs
Pastor Chris, originally from Dover, Arkansas, graduated from Leadership Bible Institute in 1985, was ordained and began teaching High School in the church. Chris taught grades seven through twelve in Bible, Grammar, Biology and Life Sciences for thirteen years. While teaching, Chris was a student of Oral Roberts Life Long Education Program and was an active member in the prayer ministry and teaching in the church for seventeen years. Chris functioned as an L.P.N. for twenty-one years prior to Bible College, and worked as secretary for WeatherStone for four years prior to becoming Pastor of Discipleship. Chris and John, her husband, came to WeatherStone in August, 1997 after the death of their daughter, Kellie Elizabeth.

Business/Technical Pastor Randy & Kim Zebell
Pastor Randy was born and raised in Illinois in the town of Peoria, where he attended school through college (Bradley University), then went on to work in industry as a service engineer, instructor and finally, as a technical writer. It was while he was a writer that he felt the call of God on his life, as God began preparing him for going into full-time ministry. He had already been involved in Children's Ministry and technical areas of church ministry for many years but it would be another ten (years) before the "door" would open for him to become a full-time servant at WeatherStone. Since June of 2003, Pastor Randy has been in charge of Business administration and is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Technical Ministries and has recently added our Social Media Department to his duties. Creative Arts Pastor Bob & Laura Fesser
Pastor Bob Fesser was born and raised in the Chicago suburb Itasca. He attended Northern Illinois University where we earned a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and where he also met his wife, Laura, who graduated with a BA in Art Education. Bob worked in the automotive component industry as a Marketing Director which gave him the opportunity to travel to Europe, Japan, and India for over 15 years. His job also meant relocation, with Bob, Laura and their 2 sons Aaron and Ryan, living in Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Throughout all the relocation and travel, Bob led worship wherever God planted them. For the past 25 years he has lead worship, written songs and been involved with the arts in churches ranging from 25 to 800. In October 1997 the Lord called Bob and Laura to WeatherStone to lead worship and in September 2009 the opportunity was accepted by Bob to come on staff at WeatherStone as the Creative Arts Pastor.

Children's Pastor Ryan & Sarah Fesser
Pastor Ryan was born in Northern Illinois and raised in the Midwest, moving to three different states before the age of twelve. Growing up in different churches, it wasn’t until he and his family started attending Weatherstone that he felt he had found his home church. It was while attending WeatherStone that Ryan met his future wife Sarah and also felt God call him into ministry. This call led Ryan and Sarah to North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he graduated with his BA in Children’s and Family Ministry and she graduated with her BA in Psychology. After graduation, Ryan and Sarah moved back to Wisconsin to begin ministering to the next generation at WeatherStone.

Youth Coordinator Lori Ford
Lori and Lead Pastor Dave have been married and in full time ministry for 26 years. Lori attended North Central University for two years and received her nursing certificate at Minneapolis Community College. Having two teenagers herself, Lori has a real passion to see youth have a strong walk with the Lord and hold onto their faith when they enter into their college years. Lori coordinates WeatherStone Student Ministry, 'Unleashed'.

Care Ministries Pastor Bob & Diane Norris
Bob and Diane met in Anchorage, Alaska (where Bob served as a medic in
the Air Force) at Bible College and were married in 1976. The Norris’
have three children. Bob was ordained as a Pastor in December of 1979
and has served in churches in Alaska, Montana and Wisconsin. They began
fellowshipping at WeatherStone in 2001. Bob ministers in our
discipleship program, has taught two and three year old Sunday School
and, serves as WeatherStone's Care Ministries Pastor.
