To be externally focused and see the lost saved, to be culturally relevant without compromising the Word of God, for people to grow in their knowledge and understanding of God, and to encourage and edify our church and community.

Ray & Alice Jablonski
Community Outreach Pastor
Ray is a living testimony to God's grace. At 16, Ray decided to experiment with drugs and alcohol. It was not long before he became an addict himself. Running away from home, he began a life on the streets fighting, dealing drugs and drinking, as hatred and bitterness took over his life. In God's perfect timing, He brought people into Ray's life who invited him to attend a church service. Ray accepted, only to show the man that church was for the weak and hypocritical. During the service, Ray felt the loving, convicting power of the Holy Spirit, and was instantly delivered from his addictions. Ray returned to the streets, but with a new message of hope and deliverance through Jesus. Ray coordinates WeatherStone's community outreach efforts.
WeatherStone is a life giving church, excited about bringing new life to people and abundant life to the believer.
WeatherStone was birthed out of a call that God placed on Lead Pastor Dave Ford's heart. After touring for five years with much success in the drama production Heaven's Gates and Hell's Flames, Pastor Dave and Lori Ford were producing a drama in Modesto, CA when they felt the Lord speak to them to open a church in New Berlin, Wisconsin. In July of 1995, private services were held in an elder's home. Approximately six weeks later on September 10, 1995, the first public service was held at Orchard Lane Elementary School.
In 2004, WeatherStone (formerly World Harvest Community Church) purchased a building in New Berlin, dedicated to the Lord in June of 2005. We have been blessed with a building that provides us the following:
15 acres of land
82,000 square feet
1,000 seat auditorium
Café & espresso bar
Athletic field for football, baseball & soccer
Early Childhood Pastor

When you come to WeatherStone you will quickly find a warm, friendly group of people committed to making church exciting, life-changing, and enjoyable. Our Sunday services are designed with the whole family in mind and include a time of contemporary worship and a time of biblical teaching. An average service lasts about 1 hour.
Our services are for you, so come dressed however you feel most comfortable. We’re thrilled that you’re joining us and want you to be more focused on the service than what you’re wearing. Dressed up or dressed down, we have a variety of styles at our services.
We have a time of live worship with a full band, as well as intimate songs of worship. Everyone worships in their own unique way. For some, that means singing, clapping, and raising their hands; for others, it means quietly reflecting on the words.
Each service, you will hear a relevant and straightforward message based on the Bible that will help you grow in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ. You will leave with a better understanding of the words of Jesus as well as ways to live out your faith daily.
We Believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We Believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule over the nations.
We Believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ.
We Believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation. We Believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.
We Believe in the Spirit-filled life by whose indwelling the Christian is given the power to live a victorious and effective life. We Believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.

Jeremy & Beth Carlin
Midland, Texas may be my birthplace, but Wisconsin is where it’s at. Where else can you have snowball fights, fish in one of 15,000 lakes from a boat or through the ice, jump into piles of fallen leaves, go snowboarding, walk miles of prairie trails and through rolling hardwoods... Madison, Wisconsin is where my parents settled and where I grew up enjoying all of these things. After experiencing God's call to the ministry at an Acquire the Fire rally, I pursued my degree at North Central University in Minneapolis. While attending, I enjoyed many opportunities to sing and travel across the country in a worship band called One Accord, as well as with the NCU Chorale. While touring with One Accord, I met an amazing girl from Michigan who later became my wife! Beth and I have been married over ten years now, and our love and family has grown to include four adorable boys: Parker, Peyton, Pierson and Paxton. Besides my passion for family and the great outdoors, I love leading and helping people connect with God through the expressions of music. With nearly ten years of pastoral experience, we’re still excited about how God’s spirit is leading us and working through us.

These experiences have inspired Matt to study at District School of Ministry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and join WeatherStone Church in Summer of 2016 as the Pastor of Discipleship and Life Groups.
Jessi & Jeff Brome
Jessi has lived in Wisconsin her entire life. Her love and passion for children started as she pursued a career as a Pediatric Nurse for over a decade. In 2012, she felt God calling her to leave the medical field to become a children's pastor. She believes that God highly values children, and that they are an active, vibrant part of the Kingdom of Jesus. Her goal is to make sure that every child that walks into class hears the Gospel and knows that they are loved and accepted. She and her husband Jeff love music, boating, coffee, and their family. They have three children, Nate, Olivia, and Lauren, who all love children's ministry as much as their mom, and can usually be found helping out in some way.
